Experience in the Smart City

By Jon Salisbury

Welcome to the age of experience. My favorite definition of "experience" is A knowledge or practical wisdom gained from what one has observed, encountered, or undergone.

Smart Cities are designed around a community to improve experience throughout the community. We just saw a wonderful example of that in BLINK Cincinnati. The event which you can read more about here: http://www.nkytribune.com/2017/10/blink-draws-largest-crowd-ever-for-a-downtown-cincy-event-surpasses-riverfest-taste-oktoberfest/
or here: http://www.wlwt.com/article/more-than-a-million-attended-blink-cincinnati-organizers-say/13027450

The event was designed around the following features throughout the city of Cincinnati and was truly a SMART CITY endeavour.

This awesome event took around 2 years to develop and pull off and attracted more than 1 million people down town setting an all time record.

This amazing experience event and smart city project brought the entire city together to gaze at the wonderful spectale that can be put on when smart, compassionate and create leaders get together and are backed by community leadership programs like the THE CAROL ANN AND RALPH V. HAILE JR. FOUNDATION - http://hailefoundation.squarespace.com/

Im so glad my home town of Cincinnati could be a leader in the human experience space. We are happy to cheer on this and future events and support in any way possible.
